Do I need to make an appointment before going down to the showroom?
Yes, you can make an enquiry here or WhatsApp us at (65) 9324 5243 to make an appointment with us. Alternatively, our showroom is open for walk-ins on Saturdays from 10am to 6pm. 

Is self-collection available?
Yes, certain products may be collected and self-assembled. Collection would be from from our showroom at #02-02A, 1100 Lower Delta Rd, EPL Building, S169206. Do send us an enquiry to check which products are available for self-collection.

Placing an Order

What is the lead time for my product to be delivered? 
Delivery and installation for Murphy beds will take between 6 to 8 weeks from the time of purchase, and between 2 to 3 weeks for all other products. Lead time will vary and may change at our discretion.

Can you hold the products for me until my house is ready?
We can hold your order for up to 60 days (from the time it arrives in our warehouse) at no cost. For any additional time required for storage, we will need to charge a nominal fee of $50.00 per month.

What are the payment options available?  
We accept all major credit cards, cheque and direct payment via PayNow. 

Can I pay by installments?
Pay in 3 installments with Hoolah with 0% interest, available for debit and credit cards.

Delivery & Installation
Are there any additional costs for delivery and installation?
All prices quoted are inclusive of delivery and installation. Installation dates are subject to availability, although we commit to accommodating your schedule to our best ability. 

How long does it take to install?
Depending on the complexity of the product you have purchased, installation may take between 3 to 6 hours.

What are the delivery timings? 
Our team will reach out to you to arrange a suitable time for us to deliver and install your item.

How can I change my stated delivery address? 
Contact us at (65) 9324 5243 to update your delivery address. If delivery has already been scheduled and confirmed, we will not be able to change delivery addresses and a re-delivery fee of $150.00 will be imposed. 

Warranty
Is there any warranty on your products?
We provide a 2-year warranty on our Murphy bed hydraulic systems.

Product Customization
Can I customize my orders?  
Yes, some forms of customization are available. Do contact us at (65) 9324 5243 to arrange a meeting with us to discuss your space-saving needs.

Returns and refund policy
Can my item be refunded and returned?
Upon confirmation of your order, we are unfortunately unable to provide any returns or refunds. As such, kindly check to ensure the item is in acceptable functioning condition when installed and delivered.
